Our rooms are as varied as our guests — from cosy double rooms and spacious family rooms to comfortable apartments:

  • Dachstein Alpin double rooms (approx. 16–20 m²) — cosy, some with balcony
  • Dachstein double rooms (approx. 31–35 m²) — with balcony
  • Hotel apartments in various categories (approx. 46–60 m²) — separate bedroom, living/sleeping area, small kitchen or kitchenette
  • Panorama rooms & suites — newly designed, with panoramic views

All rooms are equipped with shower (some also with bathtub), safe, TV, free Wi-Fi and high-quality beds.
Combinations for families or groups are possible — we are happy to advise you on the choice.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the room rate?

Breakfast, an afternoon snack, a 5-course dinner and the Dachstein Rooftop Spa are part of every stay. Free Wi-Fi is included too, plus the Schladming-Dachstein Card in summer and the Ramsau Wintercard in winter.

When can I check in and when do I have to check out?

Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.

How big are the rooms and suites?

Rooms start at 18 m² (Dachstein Alpin) and go up to 60 m² (Panorama Suite Family Deluxe and the Kulmberg apartments). The panorama rooms have 24 to 30 m², the Panorama Suite 39 m².

Which rooms have a balcony and mountain views?

Rooms with a balcony and mountain views include Panorama Dachstein Deluxe, Panorama Kulmberg, the Panorama Suites, the Dachstein room and Dachstein Alpin with balcony. The overview shows for each category whether it has a balcony.

Are there apartments with a kitchen?

Yes. Kulmberg 1 and Kulmberg 2 (approx. 60 m² each, 2–4 guests) have a fully equipped kitchen. The Bergretter apartment (approx. 48 m²) has a kitchenette, as does Sinabell (approx. 37 m²).

What are the cancellation terms?

You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. After that the fee is 30 % (30 to 14 days before), 60 % (14 to 7 days before) and 90 % (from 7 days before), and 100 % for no-shows. We recommend travel insurance.
