Frequently asked questions

What is included in the packages?

Your room, breakfast, an afternoon snack, a 5-course dinner and the Dachstein Rooftop Spa. On top come the extras of each package, such as a massage or yoga. The page of each package lists exactly what is included.

Are the packages tied to fixed dates?

Yes. Each package is valid for a set period and a set number of nights. Some can only be booked from Sunday to Thursday, for example Solo Silence, Winter Silence and Nordic Tracks.

How do I book a package?

Online via our booking page or by enquiry. Packages are only available directly from us, not through third-party sites. Your booking is confirmed once you have our written confirmation.

Is there a package for solo travellers?

Yes, Solo Silence: a single room with no supplement, Sunday to Thursday, from 3 nights.

Is the Summer Card or Wintercard included?

Yes. In summer the Schladming-Dachstein Card is included. In winter you get the Ramsau Wintercard with discounts, for example on cross-country trail tickets.

What are the cancellation terms?

You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. After that the fee is 30 % (30 to 14 days before), 60 % (14 to 7 days before) and 90 % (from 7 days before), and 100 % for no-shows. We recommend travel insurance.

Hotel Pehab sits at 1,135 metres in Ramsau am Dachstein. Hiking trails start at the door, and the cross-country track is 200 metres away.

After a day outdoors, the Dachstein Rooftop Spa is waiting with its infinity pool and saunas. In the evening we serve a 5-course dinner from our Falstaff-awarded kitchen.
