Restaurant Ramsau am Dachstein – Falstaff-Awarded Alpine Balance Cuisine

Hotel Pehab’s restaurant has been awarded 83 points and a Falstaff Fork by the Falstaff Restaurant & Gasthaus Guide 2026 – recognition for quality that we strive to earn anew every day. Our kitchen combines regional ingredients from Styria with contemporary technique: hand-made pasta, seasonal game specialities, and creative desserts. Breakfast with mountain views, a multi-course dinner with an alpine twist – flavours that linger.
